Wastell Manor

Fred Wastell and his wife built a single story house on this craggy bluff in 1929. Nine years later, with the addition of two daughters to the family, Fred jacked up the house and added a new main floor. Fred and his family lived in Telegraph Cove for almost 50 years. Their boat, the Gikumi, remains a familiar sight at Telegraph Cove.
