Gordie and Marilyn Graham, and their two daughters Kareen and Kristi, came to Telegraph Cove in 1978 with a vision to build a resort to take advantage of the great fishing and spectacular scenery at this unique little cove. They built the roads and developed the campsite and marina and kept expanding and providing the services the guests wanted at the resort. Gordie loves to take people fishing early in the morning and has a great fondness for early season fishing in Kingcome and Knights Inlet. All summer long you will find him cooking our famous barbequed salmon on the boardwalk (It is actually Marilyn's recipe), building things, visiting with the guests and preserving this beautiful village of Telegraph Cove. His greatest enjoyment is found in the response of visitors to this wonderful part of the British Columbia coast.
LEO
Telegraph Cove's maintenance man and also is a fine sports fishing guide. He likes being able to help people with mechanical problems and will rush to the scene to repair something that has broken down. What he is really good at though, is testing recipes that our guests have prepared at our Resort. He's our almost "Iron Man" and a totally great guy.
KAREN
Our office manager loves working with our guests and it really shows in her great disposition and attention making sure every visitor to Telegraph Cove has a great time. Karen is a long-time resident of Port McNeill and Island-raised and has been with us for six years. Ask her about fishing and crabbing in the area.
ADRIENNE
Took on the job of looking after our campground and RV park. It's her first year here, and she just returned from South Africa - be sure to ask her about her life there. From the extra clean washrooms to helping our campers with their accommodation, she is in charge of 'happy campers'.
BONNIE
Bonnie manages the General Store, and this is her third season. Her warm and bubbly personality creates a welcome environment for everyone stopping in to the store. She has lived up in the North Island area 'forever' - if you have questions about the area, she is the one to go to!
TASO
Taso manages the Killer Whale Cafe and Old Satery Pub. Taso has been with the resort for six years, and is known for his commitment to fresh ingredients and a varied menu sure to have something for everyone. Server Danielle is pictured with Tasos.
